CANCELLATION AND NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
CANCELLATION / NON ATTENDANCE POLICY
1. We run an extremely busy practice, often with people on a waiting list to get an appointment. To be fair to all clients and to our physios, we ask that any cancellations are finalised by 5pm the day prior to your appointment.
2. Any cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a cancellation fee (currently $50). Whilst we understand that things can occur on the day, we still need adequate time to offer your appointment slot to those people waiting. Of course we will take extenuating circumstances into account, provided that these late cancellations are not a regular occurrence. If you rebook and attend within 24 hours we will waive the fee.
3. Any appointments missed "without notice" will occur a cancellation fee. We ask for the courtesy of a phone call to let us know you will not be attending. In the event this happens more than twice, you will be required to pay the full consultation fee. If it continues to be an issue you will be asked to pre pay for your appointments or will be discharged from our service.
4. All cancellation fees are payable within 7 days. Fees that remain outstanding at the end of the month incur a 5% administration fee and all costs involved in recovering unpaid fees are also the responsibility of the patient.
