Do you have trouble committing to regular exercise? Do you have those aches and pains creeping in as you get older? Or simply looking for a way to get stronger, leaner and fitter? If this sounds like you, then you need to consider our Pilates Mat classes.
Run by fully qualified physios and aimed at your own level of fitness, they are a fun and safe way to exercise, with other like minded people. Working in a class can make exercise more fun and social and the time will simply fly by.
Our Pilates mat classes run several times a week and are designed to take you from the bare basics to a good understanding of the fundamentals of Pilates. The classes are run per term, as each term builds on the difficulty of each session so you are progressing in a safe manner. Every participant undergoes an assessment prior to commencing so we can ensure you start at a level appropriate to you, as well as allowing our physios to individualise your program to your needs. They are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness as all exercises are progressed depending on your level of ability.
